Whats involved?

Understand your team structure across organisation

It is important for us to understand how teams are structured in order to ensure we spot opportunities to further enhance productivity in-line with business goals.

We can also work with you to identify whether there are priority teams that need support or if you wish to work towards implementing the Review across organisation straight away. 

​It is also beneficial for us to get a good understanding of average amount of employees per team, so we can calculate how many employees can be part of the Review to make it statistically significant. ​​

Introduction to your team

You can either invite us to a team meetings, introduce us to Heads of Teams or we can send an email around introducing ourselves and kindly ask for volunteers who are aligned with our mission.

Short interviews

Once we have an understanding of how many employees per team we can support, we will ask your team members questions in relation so stress, resilience and engagement to get an understanding of whether there are any impacts on day to day business performance, and retention.

1:1 coaching sessions

We will then work with you and the team to select one person from each department or two people fro the same team to be part of the 12 week coaching programme where we support reducing stress and increasing resilience so that team members stay, grow & lead. Insights report

We provide you (the employer) and your team with tools to reduce stress and increase resilience, helping your team show up energised and motivated to achieve business priorities. Tools provided also support retaining your top performers. We usually run through our findings with the senior leadership team to help implement changes needed across teams.

What is the main focus of this method?

The RESET method is there to support you with feelings of anxiety and high stress that is hijacking your day to day and stopping you from feeling in control to achieve your goals such as getting a promotion, leading in your new role and changing jobs/industries. The Method will help you reduce the negative behaviours and feelings at home and work and get you on track to increasing your performance and reaching your success goals.

What are the pillars of the RESET Method?

There are three pillars: 1. Building resilience 2. Raising your self awareness and 3. Regulating your nervous system to help you find balance, control and clarity.

What results can I expect?

In 12 weeks, you will feel resilient, your anxiety and stress response will significantly reduce which equals better performance at work. You can find out exact results further down the page.

How do the payments work?

There are no upfront costs or hidden fees. This service is provided for a one flat fee that needs to be paid within 7 days after our 12 weeks of coaching is over. If you are unhappy and/or see no results you will not need to pay for the service. (terms and conditions apply)
