As part of the first step, you will complete two activities that sit within the Leadership Audit. We will then arrange a session to go through the audit and your current situation.

Together, we’ll identify what may be limiting your visibility, impact, and progression at work.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with:

The Impact Accelerator is designed to create measurable behavioural and leadership improvements over time, not just temporary motivation or isolated coaching conversations.

Throughout the programme, progress is tracked through:

As part of your membership, you will get access to the Performance Driver Progress which is displayed on the dashboard. It acts as the central framework that keeps the entire programme focused, measurable, and connected.

It helps you track the specific behavioural, leadership, and performance shifts required to improve visibility, strategic contribution, progression readiness, and leadership impact over time.

Rather than relying on disconnected coaching conversations, the framework keeps the journey anchored to:

  • Outcome goals

  • Focus areas

  • Key performance drivers

  • Behaviour shifts

  • Measurable progress

 

This creates a clear link between awareness, action, leadership improvement, and visible impact at work while helping clients reinforce sustainable operating patterns throughout the programme.

What support would I get during the Awareness and Alignment phase?

Private Members Portal

Access to a private members portal to capture insights, track progress and continue integrating day to day leadership.

Weekly 1:1 coaching

Our 60 minute coaching sessions will be booked in weekly for 12 weeks. You have the option of having the sessions recorded and added to your private hub.

Comms between sessions

We can communicate to further support you between sessions via LinkedIn and email. I am able to voice note you once per week if needed.

Frameworks

We will explore a range of frameworks to help you work through any barriers preventing you from working smarter and creating more impact at work.

Monthly 1:1 coaching

Transitioning from weekly sessions to 30 minute monthly, in order to provide a light-touch space to address any barriers that may arise and ensure your progress continues to translate into real impact at work.

Impact Accelerator portal

Continued access to your portal, with access to all of the frameworks used during the first 12 weeks, along with session notes, progress and wins.

Updated Frameworks

I will keep your portal updated with new frameworks you can explore whilst integrating our work into your day to day.

Weekly communication

We can continue to keep in touch via LinkedIn and email weekly and I can send you 1-2 voice notes per week when needed.

As part of the programme, you’ll receive access to a private members portal. This is where your frameworks, session notes, progress and actions for the week, giving you a clear space to reflect, capture insights, and continue strengthening how you operate as a leader between sessions.

Need additional support with your performance reviews?

At the end of the programme each client receives a personalised Leadership Impact Report summarising how their effectiveness and contribution have evolved over six months.

Drawing on insights from diagnostic assessments, leadership mapping, coaching sessions, and applied actions, the report highlights measurable improvements in prioritisation, decision-making, leadership presence, and organisational impact.

Client often use this report to clearly communicate their development and increased leadership contribution during performance review conversations.

What is the main focus of this method?

The RESET method is there to support you with feelings of anxiety and high stress that is hijacking your day to day and stopping you from feeling in control to achieve your goals such as getting a promotion, leading in your new role and changing jobs/industries. The Method will help you reduce the negative behaviours and feelings at home and work and get you on track to increasing your performance and reaching your success goals.

What are the pillars of the RESET Method?

There are three pillars: 1. Building resilience 2. Raising your self awareness and 3. Regulating your nervous system to help you find balance, control and clarity.

What results can I expect?

In 12 weeks, you will feel resilient, your anxiety and stress response will significantly reduce which equals better performance at work. You can find out exact results further down the page.

How do the payments work?

There are no upfront costs or hidden fees. This service is provided for a one flat fee that needs to be paid within 7 days after our 12 weeks of coaching is over. If you are unhappy and/or see no results you will not need to pay for the service. (terms and conditions apply)
