The programme is delivered across three structured phases that gradually strengthen how you operate as a leader.
Each phase builds on the previous one, helping you develop greater awareness, focus your leadership energy where it matters most, and ultimately embed a calm, high-impact way of working into your day-to-day role.
Awareness
We begin by building a clear picture of how you currently operate as a leader and where the opportunity for greater impact sits.
This is done through the Leadership Impact Diagnostic and Impact Mapping Activity, which will be explored in session 1. We will look at how your time, attention, and leadership energy are currently directed. This helps identify where your influence is already strong and where small shifts could create greater impact.
By the end of this phase, you will have a clear understanding of your current leadership profile and the opportunities to elevate your impact further.
Alignment
Once we have clarity, we focus on aligning how you approach important leadership situations with the leader you want to become.
This phase centres on Scenario Setting, where we work through real situations you are navigating in your role. Together we explore the situation, reset unhelpful thinking patterns where needed, and design leadership responses that strengthen your confidence and influence.
Alongside this, we apply Prioritisation to ensure your attention is directed toward the moments and decisions that create the greatest leadership impact.
This phase helps you approach leadership situations with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
Integration
Toward the final stage of the programme, the focus shifts to embedding the changes you have developed so they become part of how you naturally lead.
As your confidence grows, sessions transition to monthly 30-minute coaching conversations. The aim is to support you as you fully integrate what you have learned into your day-to-day leadership, enabling you to operate independently with little to no ongoing support required.
By the end of the programme, you will have developed a repeatable way of approaching leadership situations that continues to support your impact long after the coaching ends.

Need additional support with your performance reviews?
At the end of the programme each client receives a personalised Leadership Impact Report summarising how their effectiveness and contribution have evolved over six months.
Drawing on insights from diagnostic assessments, leadership mapping, coaching sessions, and applied actions, the report highlights measurable improvements in prioritisation, decision-making, leadership presence, and organisational impact.
Client often use this report to clearly communicate their development and increased leadership contribution during performance review conversations.

What is the main focus of this method?
The RESET method is there to support you with feelings of anxiety and high stress that is hijacking your day to day and stopping you from feeling in control to achieve your goals such as getting a promotion, leading in your new role and changing jobs/industries. The Method will help you reduce the negative behaviours and feelings at home and work and get you on track to increasing your performance and reaching your success goals.
What are the pillars of the RESET Method?
There are three pillars: 1. Building resilience 2. Raising your self awareness and 3. Regulating your nervous system to help you find balance, control and clarity.
What results can I expect?
In 12 weeks, you will feel resilient, your anxiety and stress response will significantly reduce which equals better performance at work. You can find out exact results further down the page.
How do the payments work?
There are no upfront costs or hidden fees. This service is provided for a one flat fee that needs to be paid within 7 days after our 12 weeks of coaching is over. If you are unhappy and/or see no results you will not need to pay for the service. (terms and conditions apply)
