The RESET Method is a 6 month coaching programme with a high level of support. It is there to support high achieving women master resilience to continue thriving at work without burning out. The first 3 months we will speak to each other face to face virtually for an hour per week, plus you will get a list of other support options. The remaining 3 months, your wellbeing will improve and therefore you can continue to progress with less involvement from me, but I am there over email and WhatsApp when needed.

Would you fit all of the above offerings within the first 12 weeks?
Yes, we would work through all three areas over the 12 week program. It typically takes a month to embed each of the areas. For example, one month would be taken on breaking negative thought patterns and behaviours. We would work on a range of tactics depending on your personal situation and goal.
I want to ensure that we implement real sustainable change, therefore we would ensure that whatever we are working on is fully embedded into your day-to-day before moving onto the next outcome.
This means that it is likely we would work on one or two of the bullet pointed strategies per month depending on what is important to you.
What support do I get during the first 12 weeks?
1:1 coaching is compulsory within the first 12 weeks. The other options are there if you need additional support.

I will be coaching you on a weekly basis every week for 1 hour to help you make progress and unblock any challenges getting in the way.

Life time access to new and updated insight & exercises
I will share a folder of insight sheets and exercises to help you during and after your time being coached by me. The insight sheets are updated to help you now and in the future.

Email communication
You get an additional 12 weeks of contact with me, but it will be via emails and I will respond to you in 3 working days. This will be a chance to provide you with additional support when needed.

Lifetime access to a private WhatsApp + Facebook group
You will have access to a WhatsApp group chat of likeminded women and can attend monthly socials. You will also get access to a private Facebook group for any ex-clients who wish to keep in touch and hold each other accountable going forward. I will be in both platforms supporting you and socialising along the way!

Life time access to mindfulness
I will send you private videos to my meditation and breath-work videos to help you during and after your 12 weeks with me.

Updated knowledge
I will send you monthly newsletters with personalised content to help you continue regulating your nervous system and reducing stress. It will be a combination of book, video and article recommendations.

Can you give me more info on the types of insight sheets you offer?
Please see some examples in the image of insight sheets you are likely to receive and work on when working with me. There are plenty more depending on each individuals needs. The insight sheets will be used in session to help you get started and identify blocks. There are also opportunities for you to practise and get used to using the insight sheets out of the sessions to help you relieve symptoms of anxiety and stress. Any insight sheets used out of the sessions will be discussed and unpacked in the next session, so that you can make meaningful change and create a sustainable habit.

During our first session, we will discuss the results you would like to achieve and agree on which ones are achievable (most likely all will be).
Step 3
I will send across the terms and conditions that outline what my expectations are of you in order to qualify for the extra 8 weeks of coaching. It will be things like 'ensure you turn up to every session' etc. If all expectations are met and you have communicated concerns efficiently. I will then continue on with the coaching sessions for an additional 8 weeks free of charge. This will give you a total of 5 months coaching for the price of 3.
What happens if you can't deliver the agreed results in 12 weeks?
Under the rare situation of not being able to deliver the results agreed, I will commit to an extra 8 weeks of coaching free of charge. This will be available based on if the terms and conditions are met. I can send the terms and conditions along with ethical guidelines once you have signed up for the service.
What should I expect during the first session?
1. Build rapport
It is important for me to build rapport with you and a good working relationship, where you feel comfortable and safe opening up about your current challenges.
2. Set an intention
I will actively listen to you and paraphrase, so that I can deepen the rapport, observe and seek to understand your perspective of wants and why.


3. Exploration
I will work with you to explore your values/needs/wants and any outdated limited beliefs that are blocking you from getting to your goal.
3. Preparation
We will then identify and confirm what the potential obstacles are and work towards unblocking and moving you forward. We will end the session with a clear goal in mind.

What is the main focus of this method?
The RESET method is there to support you with feelings of anxiety and high stress that is hijacking your day to day and stopping you from feeling in control to achieve your goals such as getting a promotion, leading in your new role and changing jobs/industries. The Method will help you reduce the negative behaviours and feelings at home and work and get you on track to increasing your performance and reaching your success goals.
What are the pillars of the RESET Method?
There are three pillars: 1. Building resilience 2. Raising your self awareness and 3. Regulating your nervous system to help you find balance, control and clarity.
What results can I expect?

How do the payments work?
There are no upfront costs or hidden fees. This service is provided for a one flat fee that needs to be paid within 7 days after our 12 weeks of coaching is over. If you are unhappy and/or see no results you will not need to pay for the service. (terms and conditions apply)
